Role & responsibilities : Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables for AI-focused IT service projects. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to define project scope and requirements. Agile & Scrum Leadership: Implement Agile best practices, facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, create mitigation plans, and ensure smooth execution. Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency. Performance Tracking: Define KPIs, track project progress, and report status updates to leadership and clients. Client Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, ensuring expectations are met. Preferred candidate profile : Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in IT project management. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira. Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile. AI/ML Understanding: Familiarity with AI technologies, ML models, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data-driven solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
