To support this vision, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and streamline project operations for our retail outlets (EBOs – Exclusive Brand Outlets). About the Role We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate operations related to our EBO projects. You will play a key role in planning, execution, and delivery of store projects while ensuring efficiency, budget adherence, and alignment with brand standards. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with 2–4 years of experience who are eager to contribute to a growing fashion retail brand. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination • Track and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple locations. • Identify delays and propose recovery strategies or alternate solutions. • Escalate and follow up on critical project issues to ensure timely resolution. 2. Schedule & Change Management • Assist in planning and scheduling construction and fit-out activities for EBOs. • Maintain accurate schedules and implement change management processes. Create and interpret flowcharts, action plans, and milestone charts. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management • Serve as the communication bridge between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. • Prepare and share project updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on timelines and quality standards. 4. Risk Management & Quality Assurance • Identify and manage risks related to timelines, costs, and quality. • Ensure compliance with project and safety standards during execution. • Resolve minor on-ground issues and escalate critical problems promptly. 5. Administrative & Organizational Support • Handle documentation, budgeting, invoicing, and vendor coordination. • Track expenditures, project progress, and maintain reports. • Support senior leadership with data, reports, and project insights. Required Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in retail, construction, or interior fit-outs. • Project Tools: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Planner, AutoCAD, and other project tracking tools. • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Problem-Solving: Analytical and solution-driven approach to operational challenges. • Stakeholder Management: Strong client-facing abilities and the capacity to negotiate with internal and external partners.
