Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the complete execution of commercial and retail projects , ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion. Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies to achieve project goals. Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, cost control measures, and quality assurance protocols . Enforce industry standards, best practices, and company policies to maintain high-quality workmanship. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality benchmarks. Implement and monitor risk management and mitigation strategies for project safety and operational efficiency. Liaise with clients, architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment of project objectives. Facilitate regular progress meetings, reports, and updates to keep all stakeholders informed. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between on-site and off-site teams . Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports . Identify and control cost overruns, material wastage, and resource inefficiencies . Lead, mentor, and manage on-site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to maximize productivity. Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project efficiency . Address and resolve any conflicts, disputes, or challenges that arise within the project team. Requirements: 8-10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale commercial and retail interior and civil projects . Strong background in end-to-end project execution , from planning to handover. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or equivalent). Hands-on experience in interior finishing, civil works, vendor management, and contract administration . Strong knowledge of safety regulations, construction standards, and quality control measures .
