Project Manager- Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• External Professional Communication

  : Excellent Communication and Serve as the primary professional representative to clients, architects, vendors, and contractors. Expertly manage expectations, negotiate scope, and ensure clear, concise, and timely project correspondence.

• Technical Execution & Quality Control

  : Oversee the transformation of complex design concepts and technical drawings into reality. Manage site operations, material specifications (Joinery, Finishes, Custom Fixtures), and quality checks to ensure compliance with the design intent.

• Time & Budget Management

  : Development and rigorously control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Proactively identify and resolve technical or logistical challenges to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

• Documentation & Compliance

  : Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained and that all site work adheres to established quality standards, safety protocols, and local building codes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience

  : 3 to 6 years of progressive experience managing complex, high-value interior design, architectural, or civil engineering projects.

• Qualification:

  B.E. /B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field is mandatory.

• Software:

  Good Knowledge in AutoCad, Skechup, Indesign ,Photoshop etc,

• Technical Proficiency

  : Strong knowledge base in construction methodologies, Technical drawing review (CAD/BIM), Electrical Layout, Plumbing Layout and a detailed understanding of interior materials, Material Selection and systems.
