Roles and Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Identify potential roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions. Monitor project performance metrics such as cost, schedule, quality, and resource allocation. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in BPO operations or similar industry. Strong understanding of bpo processes and procedures. Excellent project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
