Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager BIM - Landscape role based in Gurugram. The selected candidate will oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for landscape design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Responsibilities include expediting workflows, coordinating inspections, managing logistics, and monitoring progress to ensure quality and efficiency. The role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams and clients to streamline project execution.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure smooth project progress and task prioritization
Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organization, and execution of landscape BIM projects
Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain compliance with project standards.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with teams and clients
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture & Landscape
Familiarity with BIM software tools and processes is a significant advantage
