Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and proven expertise in team management, performance evaluation, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience managing teams, along with a deep understanding of KRA/KPI definitions, performance management frameworks, and sales tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Define KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for team members.
  • Drive performance management processes including reviews, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Optimize the use of various sales tools and project management tools to improve efficiency.
  • Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to achieve personal and professional growth.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.


Key Requirements

  • MBA with 4–5+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of proven experience as a Team Lead/Manager.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems.
  • Ability to define, track, and evaluate KRA/KPI metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools and project management software (CRM, task trackers, reporting dashboards, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
