Project Manager

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end execution and coordination of MEP and civil construction projects including HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting systems, and related infrastructure works in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise site activities across civil and MEP disciplines
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for timely execution
• Monitor daily progress at project sites and resolve on-ground issues
• Review and validate drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Ensure proper installation of HVAC, electrical panels, fire safety systems, and utilities
• Track project timelines, budgets, and material requirements
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and update project status to senior management
• Maintain compliance with safety, EHS, and regulatory norms.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire fighting systems
• Experience in civil construction activities for manufacturing or industrial sites
• Familiarity with execution of CRP panel installations and PU/EPOXY flooring
• Preferably experienced in pharma/medical device projects with cleanroom requirements
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate between design and execution
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools
• Strong coordination, leadership, and vendor management capabilities
• Knowledge of industry safety standards, statutory norms, and MEP codes

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)

Preferred Background

• Project execution experience in pharma, healthcare, or sterile manufacturing environments
• Exposure to greenfield and brownfield projects with cleanroom compliance
• Handling of turnkey contractors, site execution teams, and external consultants
