Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong electrical/automation engineering background to lead industrial automation projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in project execution, material planning, procurement sequencing, and strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and BOQ management.

Responsibilities-Project Management

• Manage complete lifecycle of electrical automation projects.
• Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, site, and commissioning teams.

Technical Oversight

• Review automation drawings, control panel designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Material Planning & Procurement

• Identify and prioritize materials required for each project phase.
• Prepare material requirement plans and follow up with vendors.
• Track deliveries, GRNs, and inventory movement.

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare RA bills, client invoices, BOQs, and cost sheets.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and reports.
• Coordinate with finance for timely billing and payment follow-up.

Client & Team Coordination

• Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Lead site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site reviews and resolve project issues.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, E&I Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 5–12 years experience in electrical automation or industrial automation projects.
• Proven experience in material procurement planning and project billing.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of PLC/systems, drives, instrumentation, and electrical panels.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, SLDs, and control schematics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Package will be decided based on the experience and the performance of the interview.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
