What will your job look like?
- The Agile Scrum Master combines responsibilities of project management, business analysis, and team guidance and coaching. This role applies agile and lean practices to maximize team performance and effectiveness, delivering software, platform, cloud, and digital transformation projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
All you need is...
- Critical Experiences
- 4-5 years of experience.
- Working knowledge of agile, lean, and traditional project management methodologies in various technology environments (web and mobile applications, proprietary platforms with front- and back-end systems, PaaS, Cloud virtualization, etc.).
- Ability to translate business needs into software requirements and wireframes.
- Proven experience writing requirements and user stories.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tools such as JIRA/Rally, and diagramming tools such as Visio or LucidChart.
