This isn’t just a scheduling role. You’ll be the one keeping our projects real, on brief, on time, and always moving forward. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep things moving without losing the plot. You’ll work closely with our Founders, designers, and clients to make sure every project stays on track. From planning to coordination, your role is about bringing structure to the creative chaos without slowing it down.

• Own projects end-to-end from kickoff to delivery, ensuring everything stays on track.
• Create and manage timelines with clear, achievable milestones.
• Track resources and team capacity to avoid bottlenecks before they happen.
• Work closely with the Design Director and design team to align on priorities and keep momentum going.
• Run stand-ups, reviews, and internal syncs that are sharp, focused, and action-oriented.
• Keep clients in the loop with regular updates, well-structured feedback cycles, and clear MOMs.
• Spot risks early and solve them fast by collaborating across teams.
• Maintain clarity and consistency across deliverables, timelines, and communication.

• 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience in a design or creative agency
• A sharp understanding of how design teams work and how to keep timelines, resources, and feedback flowing smoothly
• The ability to juggle multiple projects, conversations, and stakeholders and keep it all moving without dropping the ball
• A proactive approach, structured thinking, and a steady hand when things get fast or messy
