Position- Project Management role Department- (Project- Operations & Control) Grade- AGM and Above Qualification- Diploma/ BE Civil Plus PG Qualification Preferred. Experience- 15-20 yrs of work experience. Experience in Construction of Residential, Commercial, Institutional building, Industrial Plant, Resort, Township Project. Location- Nellore- Andhra Pradesh Software- MSP, Primavera, ERP, SAP Key Skills- Project Management. Project Control. Site Management. Construction management. Vendor Management. Stakeholder management. Job details- To review/approval of Master Construction Programmes, Target Construction Programmes, Site Logistics plan, Manpower Histogram & Project S-Curves for new projects. To provide support in preparation/review of Look Ahead Schedules, Countdown Schedules, Project Close-out reports and Demobilization Schedules to the RO / Project Planning Team. To Handle Site Construction activities. Should have experience in handling Subcontractors and Vendors. Should have handled large size construction projects. Will be responsible for Construction management. Should handle stake holder and management. Shall coordinate with external vendors/ contractors/ Labour contractors. Should have worked for Residential, Commercial, Institutional buildings, Industrial plant, Resorts. Etc.
