Roles and Responsibilities Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for R&D projects in API manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plan, and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Desired Candidate Profile MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Chemistry or related field with10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of chemistry principles applied to API R&D & manufacturing processes. Proven track record in developing effective project plans, managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
