Projects Monitoring & Management (Internal/ Customer/ Filings/ Queries)

1. Work with HOD/ designee to decide on the project overall timelines (Project schedule) and schedule/deadline for PD / FD & AD departments. Liaison with other CFTs and communicate the requirements as per timelines decided

2. Ensure real time monitoring of progress of the project amongst all departments and push them where ever necessary to complete the activities as per scope of work within the schedule contract period to avoid delayed delivery of product

3. Support and coordination to all functional teams of group to meet overall project timelines, ensuring proper visibility of deadlines, tracking projects to ensure adherence

4. Highlight & raise alarms on envisaged delays or slippages in timelines.

5. Organizing meetings (CFT) on regular basis to monitor the progress of the project, transparency across development

MIS & Documentation

1. Provide regular over view of all projects, own analysis, commentary to facilitate decision making regarding future of the project

2. Ensure timely submission of MIS related to exact stage of project to reporting manager/ HOD.

3. Maintain proper repository of project data and provide to sr team as required or used for the meeting

4. Create a knowledge base with Lessons Learned and Best Practices from past projects where prior experience is conglomerated and analyzed to avoid repeat errors.

5. Implement templates and repeatable processes (Schedule, checklist, phase gate reports, issue log)

6. Generate frequent MIS reports highlighting and tracking variances to the key stakeholders.
