Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead our chemicals and materials team in market research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, manufacturing, or process engineering, preferably in the chemical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Guide the research process and deliverables of proprietary projects.
Oversee individual efforts, write reports, and ensure content quality.
Collaborate with senior management to refine study scope, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables.
Drive staff performance to successful project completion.
Conduct analysis, develop appraisals and recommendations, and prepare presentations and supporting documentation.
Present findings to clients and conduct primary interviews to gather critical insights.
Assist with business development meetings and presentations.
Identify enhancements to project deliverables and work processes, and develop junior staff.

Job Requirements

At least seven years of experience in consulting, manufacturing, or process engineering, preferably in the chemical industry.
Experience in developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team.
Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are essential.
Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Excellent organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines are necessary.
Good oral and written English language skills are expected.
Foreign language skills are a plus.
