Job Description

Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, Data centers and transport infrastructure. Hands-on experience with BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) and understanding of BIM-based workflows. Strong knowledge of US/European building codes, regulations, and construction standards applicable to industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects. Lead and manage architectural design for industrial, high-rise, and transport infrastructure projects. Oversee design development and coordinate with in house engineering teams and customers Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and mentor a team of architects, engineers, and technical staff. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their needs and expectations. Prepare and review architectural drawings, including conceptual, schematic, and construction drawings. Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure integrated project delivery. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Provide expert guidance on architectural best practices and emerging trends. SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Revit, AutoCAD, Navis works and Lumion Proven leadership experience in managing design teams and complex projects. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other architectural design tools. In-depth knowledge of BIM processes and integration with other disciplines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
