Project Intern/Field Executive/ Mobiliser

**IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT**

**MSW/BSW/MBA/Graduates Required**

Project Intern/Field Executive/Mobiliser will be responsible for supporting project activities at the ground level, including community outreach, candidate mobilization, beneficiary support, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders. This role demands field engagement, strong communication, and a commitment to achieving project objectives within specified timelines.

Eligibility / Qualification

• Minimum: MSW/BSW/MBA/Graduate in any discipline (preferably Social Work, Management, Education, Rural Development, or related fields).
• Experience in field mobilization, community outreach, or development projects will be an added advantage.

Work Conditions

• Field-based role with extensive travel within assigned regions.
• Flexible work hours depending on mobilization drives and community availability.
• Reporting directly to Project Coordinator / Project Manager.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in diverse environments, including rural, semi-urban, and urban communities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
