Responsibilities: Critical: Perform and review all engineering, design, and procurement deliverables of licensor & DEC with respect to project requirements. Ensure interdisciplinary coordination with process, procurement, contracts, and projects to meet project schedules and requirements. Execute all Instrumentation & Controls Project & Engineering activities. Prepare cost estimation for instrumentation projects. Commit to meeting project schedules within budget without compromising safety and quality. Routine: Knowledge of process control philosophy, logic, loop and wiring diagrams, instrument specifications, and data sheets. Size control valves, PRVs, and orifices. Work with control systems (PLC, DCS, ESD, SCADA). Familiarity with custody metering, F&G, and FAP in chemical/petrochemical plants. Experience with FAT, SAT, and commissioning of control systems. Inspect field instruments and understand installation standards, construction best practices, and maintenance of field instruments and control systems. Knowledge of ERP/SAP. Review and comment on BDEP, drawings, and documentation by licensors and consultants. Participate in HAZOP and SIL studies. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and good engineering practices. Expertise in automation and control systems. Understanding of P&ID, hook-ups, and field instrumentation. Project execution as per company standards. Prepare, review, and finalize BOQ and SOQ. Knowledge of site safety and occupational health safety rules and regulations. Execution excellence. Qualifications: Education: B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication. Experience: 5-8 years of experience, preferably on the client side. At least 3 years in a similar field in project management. Software/Tools: Proficiency in 3D model software, MS Office, Outlook, Internet/AI, AutoCAD. Interaction Internal: Finance, SCM, Process Engineering, and other engineering disciplines for ordering, post-ordering, BEP discussion, detailed engineering, and IDC review. External: Government officials, consultants, and vendors for coordination and support services.
