Position Title : HSE Manager (Aramco Experienced) Location : Saudi Arabia Start Date : ASAP Nationality Preference : Indian or Pakistani (Due to the composition of the project workforce and coordination with our Indian office, profiles from Indian candidates are highly encouraged.) Position Overvie wWe are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with a strong background in large-scale construction projects, specifically those executed under Saudi Aramco. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management, including at least five years in an HSE Manager role. Candidates with recent experience on a major Aramco project will be prioritized Key Requirements Minimum 15 yea rs of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management At least 5 yea rs in an HSE Manager position Recent and direct involveme nt in a major Aramco project is mandatory Experience with bot h EPC Contracto rs an d Construction Subcontracto rs Previous experience with JGC Group or its competito rs is highly advantageous Proven ability to manag e large site tea ms and ensure full HSE compliance Excellen t leadership, reporting, and communication skil ls Preferred Candidate Profile National ity: Indian or Pakistani (for alignment with site workforce and coordination with regional offices Strong understanding of Aramco HSE requireme nts and local regulatory frameworks Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-track project environme nts Experienced in working wi th multicultural te ams, with a workforce composed mainly of Indian and Pakistani workers Why Join Easy Skill?
