Project Head

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Head (Civil) to lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective coordination between engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Review and approve project designs, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards on all project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and resources as per project requirements.
• Evaluate contractor performance and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities for approvals and compliance.
• Implement cost-control measures and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project management within the civil or infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning tools, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality.
