Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Project Head at Tharani Infra. The Project Head will oversee and manage multiple turnkey projects, including Interior, Civil, and MEP works. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, coordination with architects and consultants, ensuring quality control, and staying within timelines and budgets. The Project Head will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with clients to ensure their satisfaction, and implement strategies to achieve project objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management, planning, and execution within Interior, Civil, or MEP domains.

Strong leadership, team management, and client communication skills.

Technical expertise in construction, design, and engineering practices, including knowledge of modern machinery and tools.

Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and ensuring project quality and compliance with industry standards.

Ability to work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and diverse stakeholders to drive successful project completion.

Practical understanding of cost-effective, sustainable, and innovative building solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent; relevant certifications in project management are an advantage.

Prior experience in managing large-scale and diverse industry projects is strongly preferred.
