Project Head - Data Centre (Navi Mumbai)

The Project Head will lead the end-to-end execution of data center projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConnexs strategic vision of building a 1GW environmentally and socially conscious data center infrastructure platform by 2030. This role is pivotal in driving project delivery excellence, leveraging Adani Groups expertise in mega-structure construction and EdgeConneXs global benchmarks in data center design and operations. The incumbent will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, and civil works to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to implement cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in data center construction.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress and performance using advanced project management tools and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards, fostering a culture of safety across all project sites.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, including coordination with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Implement risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Head - PMO, highlighting project milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Champion sustainability initiatives in line with AdaniConnexs commitment to environmentally conscious infrastructure development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center projects, with 1822 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, fire-fighting systems, and civil construction.
