Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Head based in Pune, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Head will oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of MEP solution projects. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Head will also liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and team leadership
• Technical expertise in MEP systems and energy-efficient solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address project challenges effectively
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software used for project monitoring and reporting
• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in managing large-scale industrial, commercial, or residential projects is advantageous
