Job Description

Executive Projects

Responsibilities

Provide approved drawing to SE (Site Engineer/Supervisor) & SUBC (Subcontractor).
Provide supply DC (Delivery Challan/Dispatch Clearance) and Material TCs (Test Certificates) to the site team.
Provide ESI & PF details and handle email communication with the client.
Prepare RA bill abstract within 2 working days of JMR (Joint Measurement Record).
Provide TC format, JMR, WCR (Weekly Progress Report), IMS (Method statement & Safety analysis) Format to SUBC or SE before the team reaches the site.
Communicate to the client regarding team mobilization & demobilization, weekly work progress reporting, and attend meetings.
Provide ESI&PF, Wages remittance to the client.
Communicate the Tax bill to the client and the sales team.
Computer Soft Skills Must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, PDF, Drawing Viewing)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical plans and schematics.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and codes (e.g., IEC, NEC).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
