Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Project Executive / Senior Executive to oversee and manage retail store projects , ensuring seamless execution from design to completion. The ideal candidate should have expertise in civil, electrical, HVAC, and project execution , along with strong coordination and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project execution, including civil, electrical, and HVAC aspects, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Coordinate with malls, vendors, and internal teams for approvals, site work, and timely completion of projects. Interpret and review technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans to ensure smooth execution. Handle vendor management, procurement coordination, and site supervision. Prepare and present project progress reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint . Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality control, and project timelines. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues effectively. Key Skills Required: Experience in retail store projects is highly desirable. Strong understanding of construction, design, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services . Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for project reporting and presentations. Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
