Roles and Responsibilities We are looking for a Project Engineer with experience in the Telecom sector to oversee and manage civil works for RAILWAY (KAWACH) Tower installation, and infrastructure projects In All over MAHARASHTRA. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Civil engineering ,Tower installation ,structural engineering, site supervision, and project execution. NOTE- CANDITATES SHOULD HAVE THERE OWN TWO WHEELER BIKE. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Ensure quality control during site execution by monitoring and controlling project schedules, costs, and resources. Prepare reports on project progress, including status updates, budget variances, and risk assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to telecom infrastructure projects. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field ( Telecom industry preferred ). Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution. Strong understanding of civil project management principles and practices; knowledge of railway tower construction methods an added advantage. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
