Project Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for engineering and

expertise in Mechatronic Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Industrial Automation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

 Oversee the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.

 Act as the primary point of contact for clients and Understand client requirements and provide

technical solutions.

 Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and Maintain detailed project

documentation

 Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

 Monitor and control activities on the shop floor and at sub-vendors as per the

schedule.

 Inspect the supplier and sub-vendor components for compliance as per requirement.

 Make customer visits, present about our capabilities & projects handled and capture their

requirements.

 Preparation of technical specifications and estimation to submit formal quotations

against tenders / enquiries.

 Follow-up with customer for release of formal enquiry / tender. Ensure Marketing team are

tracking the same on GEM portal, tender sites, or registered emails on regular basis as per the

customer indication / advice.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

 Knowledge of integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems.

 Good Understanding knowledge CAD Drawings, Hydraulic drawings and Schematics.

 Proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic

systems.

 Experience with Integration of automation systems, PLCs, and control systems.

 Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

 Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions.

 Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

 Understanding of industry standards, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance.

 Knowledge of estimations and pricing strategies.

 Good Persuasion skills.

 Willingness and able to travel.
