Required Skills

* Basic Knowledge of Telecommunication.
* Should be open for the Field Operations role. * Flexible to relocate across India as needed. * Should be Good in communication (Read & Write) * Flexible to work on 24x7 rotational shifts or stretched working hours (morning, evening, night, or late night also) . * Must be willing to work outside without any family difficulties

Roles & Responsibilities

* Responsible for carrying and maintaining Installation Tools and Installation Required Materials (IRM)
* Conducting site survey as per specified format and submit Site Survey Report to Project Manager * Material verification at the site with respect to the site BoQ * Installation of ETSI/Telecom Racks * DCDB installation, Power/Grounding cable laying, crimping, and terminating in DCDB/Power plant * Responsible for the installation of telecom equipment with standard quality /workmanship * Commissioning of equipment as per the CP sheet * Conducting Video Fibre scoping of equipment, Hardware, and Patch cords * Conducting Nodal Acceptance test as per the standard AT document along with the customer * Patch Cord routing, testing and connecting as per the NDD/Plan * Conducting LSPM test and sharing the results to Technical Prime/Project Manager * Responsible for section integration and alarm/observation clearance * Responsible for labelling all Patch cords, Power, Ground, and LAN Cables * Coordination with the customer for site acceptance and punch point clearance * Responsible for conducting self-audit, quality audit with QA Prime, and submitting VA report * Responsible for close Coordination with Technical Prime/Quality Prime during on Job * Remove trash from the equipment room before moving out of the site

1. Basic communication skills.

2. Willingness to work 24/7 – 365 days.

3. Basic knowledge of the Telecom industry.

4. Must be ready to travel & stay anywhere in India.

5. Students must be ready to work minimum of 2 years with us.

6. Job Location will be across India.
