Job Description

Interpret and analyze electrical designs, layouts, and projections for lighting systems, electrical controls, networking infrastructure, audio-video setups, and security systems.
Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with approved designs, schedules, and milestones.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) standards, performance benchmarks, and technical specifications.
Serve as the company’s representative in client meetings, maintaining effective communication and fostering strong relationships.
Manage the timely and cost-effective delivery of assigned tasks and materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Allocate tasks to technicians and provide necessary supervision and guidance to ensure optimal team performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and provide regular status reports.
Implement and enforce safety protocols for on-site project execution teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the design and supply chain management (SCM) teams to coordinate and deliver project requirements.
Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and initiate corrective or preventive measures as needed.
Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills and proactively follow up on payment processing.
