Project Engineer - Design (Creo Casting Skills)

Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in 3D modelling and 2D drafting/detailing of mechanical components and assemblies using Advance CREO. Preferred version 8.0 or 9.0. Ability to understand requirements, perform basic design calculations, create design concepts / packaging layouts. To execute project efficiently and maintaining quality. Provide solutions to design related problems proactively. Should have good understanding of manufacturing process such as casting, sheetmetal, forging and machining. Use various problem-solving techniques to analyze the problems and in finding out solutions. Participate in internal meetings, suggest solutions to resolve design related problems Handle technical changes and new releases in PLM systems (Wind-chill or similar) Create internal process documents for the new processes based on the requirements Collaborate with others to meet timelines as well as solve problems Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time.
