Nature of Work - Design of Aero Seating systems. Catia V5 R27 Part Design, GSD, Sheet Metal, Assembly Design & Drafting. SmarTeam ( PLM ) Expected work to be done Responsibilities: Design and Development: Utilize Catia to design and develop aerospace seating components, assemblies, and systems. Technical Drawings: Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing. Product Validation: Conduct design validation and verification activities, including simulations and testing. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues. Project Management: Manage and coordinate design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Industry Standards: Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, including aerospace industry standards (e.g., FAR, CS-25). Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in design processes and methodologies. Concepts generation. Detailed Design (3D modelling) Plastics and Metal Design. Manufacturing drawings creation. Tolerance Stack-up Analysis. About Work Location Working in Shifts. Qualification/requirements 3-6 years Hands-on experience on CATIAV5. BE in Mechanical or Associated Branches.
