Position: Project Engineer & Coordinator: Company: INOPTRA (www.inoptra.com) Location: Bangalore/Remote Notice Period: 30 days Experience: 8-15 years of experience in project engineering and coordination within the Oil & Gas sector. Job Summary: The Project Engineer & Coordinator in the Oil & Gas industry is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing engineering projects while ensuring coordination among different teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee oil & gas projects (upstream, midstream, downstream). Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues. Assist procurement in selecting materials, equipment, and service providers. Act as the primary contact for project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Organize meetings, reports, and stakeholder updates. Support risk assessment, cost estimation, and budgeting. Ensure adherence to HSE policies. Assist in audits, quality control, and document management. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals and permits. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Petroleum, or related field). Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering design software ( AutoCAD ) industry codes (API, ASME, ANSI), and project management methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
