Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer specializing in Civil and Interior Works for our Real Estate and Industrial projects. This role requires a dedicated individual with 3-5 years of experience in managing and executing construction projects, overseeing civil and interior work operations, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans for civil and interior works, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
• Site Management: Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations, and coordinating with contractors and site workers for seamless project execution.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction and interior work adheres to company quality standards and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Facilitate communication and coordination among project stakeholders including clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Interior Works Supervision: Manage all aspects of interior works, coordinating with design teams to implement interior plans accurately and efficiently.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency and budget adherence.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS-Office, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in civil and interior project engineering within the real estate or industrial sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field such as B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing large scale real estate projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
