Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead and manage upcoming Project in Pune. This role holds full P&L responsibility for the site and involves end-to-end ownership—from business strategy and sales to construction and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate project management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the P&L for the assigned project site. Lead the business strategy, planning, and execution from launch to delivery. Oversee all functions including sales, marketing, design, approvals, procurement, construction, and customer handover. Align cross-functional teams to project milestones and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Monitor and mitigate project risks while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. Act as the single point of accountability and drive business success for the project. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project leadership. Proven experience in managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills. Show more Show less
