Job Description

The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of Software products within the allotted budget time and that internal customer gets the best level of service. Job Description: Key responsibilities: Ensures timely delivery of Software products, features, enhancements and bug fixes required to drive the adoption by internal teams as well as clients. Maintains positive relationships with internal customers Ensures the service delivered meets the service level agreements and fix it where it doesn t Identifies customer needs within the business context and address feedback Determines ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction Builds partnerships with the delivery teams to identify solutions for issues that arise Location: Pune Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
