Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator in Telecommunications OSP, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Outside Plant (OSP) network design projects, including CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON, and fiber design. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate OSP CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON projects, both greenfield and brownfield designs. - Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Resolve roadblocks and address issues to ensure timely project delivery. - Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate project progress tracking. - Work in US timing to support project coordination and progress. - Manage competing priorities and complex projects effectively. - Offer technical leadership and strategic direction for fiber design and implementation. - Act as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams for seamless project execution. Qualification Required: - 2-3 years of experience in telecommunications OSP network design and fiber planning. - Strong experience in coordinating and managing large teams and complex projects. - Proven ability to resolve roadblocks, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects effectively. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. - Effective communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and collaboration. Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with experience in CATV/HFC, FTTX EPON projects, and holds a PMP or equivalent project management certification. Knowledge of fiber network designs, construction, and emerging telecom trends and technologies is also considered beneficial.,
