The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects while ensuring effective communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English (both verbal and written), strong organizational skills, and experience in managing tender-related activities.
• Coordinate and support project activities from initiation to completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders and proposals.
• Conduct research to identify new tenders and business opportunities through various online portals and government websites.
• Maintain tender documentation, compliance checklists, and submission records.
• Support in drafting and proofreading official correspondence, project documents, and reports.
• Follow up with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation for project management activities.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of tenders process, documentation, and submission requirements.
• Ability to identify and source tenders from relevant platforms or government portals.
• Strong client coordination skills and ability to maintain professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, tender management, or client servicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
