Organization: Sterlite EdIndia Foundation Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Type: Full-time (6-month probation) Experience: Min. 6 years in education sector About EdIndia Non-profit improving education quality via tech & data Supported by Sterlite Power Operates in 6 states including Rajasthan Focus areas: Teacher education, data-driven decision-making, community empowerment Key Responsibilities Operations (50%) Coordinate teacher training, mentoring & academic events Provide on-site support to schools & TEIs (B.Ed./DIET) Liaise with education department officials Track project progress, maintain documentation & dashboards Organize workshops and capacity-building sessions Data & Analytics (30%) Support M&E, content development, and platform engagement Conduct data analysis, generate insights & reports Promote evidence-based decision-making Academics (20%) Deliver training for pre-service & in-service teachers Develop training content & localized learning material Document training impact & feedback Who Should Apply? Required: Master’s in Education/Social Development or related field 6+ years in education (preferably government sector) Experience in teaching/training (Maths/Science/English preferred) Strong communication (Hindi & English), planning, and facilitation skills Proficient in MS Office; tech-savvy Open to frequent travel Desirable: Experience with data tools & academic content development Background in teacher education (DIET/B.Ed. programs) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: SCERT–COE DIETs capacity building: 3 years (Required) liaising with SCERT, NCERT, Samagra Shiksha, DIET officials,: 3 years (Preferred) facilitate workshops seminars capacity-building programs: 3 years (Preferred) fieldwork and grassroots educational initiatives: 3 years (Preferred) Proficiency in data collection, analytics, and reporting: 3 years (Preferred) Strong academic background relevant to education,pedagogy: 3 years (Preferred) work exp with NGO in the education sector: 3 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
