Project Coordinator Trainee

Job Description

We are urgently hiring a Project Coordinator Trainee (Software Development) to be part of our Project Management team Responsibilities: Assist in the coordination of project activities (Software development) and resources. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress and report on performance to the Project Manager. Help maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, and status reports. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Participate in project meetings and take detailed minutes. Assist in identifying project risks and issues and help develop mitigation strategies. Provide administrative support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BBA / BCA / Bsc. - Computer Science) Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall etc. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Zoho, MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) is a plus. Male candidates with at least 6 months of experience as a Project Coordinator, Software Tester, or Software Engineer, or those who have completed a relevant course in these fields, can apply.
