Job Description

Key Responsibilities Budget Management Oversee a projects revenues and expenses to ensure it stays within budget. Project Monitoring Work closely with project managers to define goals, objectives, budgets, and schedules. Progress Reporting Create project progress reports and make recommendations for improvements. Risk Management Develop risk mitigation strategies and analyze performance data to establish performance metrics. Coordination Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors. Ensure proper document control. Team Support Offer mentoring and guidance to junior team members. Represent the team in liaising with stakeholders. Specific Expectations BD Tracking Prepare product-wise commercial pipeline reports. Track ongoing tenders. Monitor budget vs. actual BB. Announce awarded contracts. Ongoing Project Control Monthly update of BE. Track project schedule, project cost, invoicing, and collection. Follow up on payments with clients. Track client satisfaction, appreciation, and complaints. Compile product-level budget vs. actual data. Prepare various MIS reports. Track BGs submitted to clients.
