We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Thane. Job Description: As a Project Coordinator , you will act as the linchpin between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance competing priorities while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Objectives: · Facilitate alignment of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables with organizational goals. · Optimize resource allocation to enhance project efficiency and output quality. · Deliver actionable insights through data-driven reporting and risk mitigation strategies. · Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the team. Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Execution: · Collaborate with department managers and teams to define project requirements, objectives, and success metrics. · Monitor project progress, adapt timelines or scopes as needed, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. · Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Operational Management: · Develop and maintain project performance databases to track milestones, risks, and outcomes. · Assign tasks effectively, monitor resource utilization, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. · Prepare and present regular MIS reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations. Stakeholder Engagement: · Strengthen partnerships with third-party vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals. · Escalate critical issues to leadership with proposed solutions to minimize disruptions. Team Development: · Share best practices, tools, and training to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes. · Promote adherence to industry standards and organizational best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 5–10 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a related field (experience in technical/engineering sectors is a plus). · Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written). · Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. · Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and corporate stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline. · Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent. · Experience in creating workflows, risk assessments, and performance dashboards.
