Role Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support daily operations of product development and delivery. You will work closely with software teams, vendors, and senior management to track progress, ensure quality, and maintain agile reporting discipline across all modules.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives with software teams. • Track deliverables, timelines, and development stages across multiple modules (QBMS, QPMS, OSM, Scanning, etc.). • Maintain agile reports, sprint boards, and productivity dashboards. • Monitor individual team member productivity and task completion. • Liaise with vendors to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to scope. • Prepare weekly progress reports for internal stakeholders and leadership. • Identify blockers and escalate issues proactively. • Ensure documentation and version control of all product releases and updates.

Required Skills & Experience:
• 3 - 4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software or EdTech environments. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience using tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, or similar. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills. • Familiarity with academic workflows or examination systems is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to EdTech platforms or university ERP systems. • Experience working with vendors and evaluating deliverable quality. • Basic understanding of UX/UI and software development lifecycle. • Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive tasks.
