Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator – Marketing will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects across digital, branding, and campaign initiatives. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
• Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
• Collaborate with design, content, digital, and sales teams to align project goals.
• Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support the marketing head in strategic planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Maintain documentation, records, and project dashboards for review and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
