Project Coordinator Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Monitor project performance and track progress using appropriate tools.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and sprint planning (for agile projects).
• Lead project evaluations and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (minimum [X] years).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing software development or technology projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Git, Confluence, and cloud services.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,385,289.49 per year
