Job description Collaborating with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting. Acting as a liaison between different teams, client, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Strategic decision- making by providing critical insights on project process. Tentative cash flow preparation and compression with actual cashflow. Sub-contractor finalisation, Techno commercial offer preparation and submission, liaison and negotiation for tenders work. Managing equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure they are available when needed and within budget constraints. Maintaining project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders. Implementing quality assurance measures to ensure that construction activities meet industry standards and client expectations. Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Addressing any issues that arise during construction and finding effective solutions to keep the project on track. Providing regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and upper management. Ensuring that construction activities comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Estimation and Tendering for new projects.
