Project Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator with 13 years of experience in project management, Scrum practices, and software testing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating with various teams and stakeholders. Your strong coordination skills, technical understanding, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be vital in meeting project timelines and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities. - Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure project timelines are met. - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues to stakeholders when necessary. - Maintain project documentation including sprint backlogs, project plans, reports, and testing feedback. - Support the QA team by understanding test cases, reporting bugs, and following up on fixes. - Ensure timely communication across all teams regarding updates, risks, and dependencies. - Prepare project status reports and share updates with internal and external stakeholders. - Assist in release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release testing. - Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Executive, or similar role in an IT/Software environment. - Knowledge of software testing processes, bug life cycle, and test documentation. - Basic technical understanding of web/mobile applications, APIs, and development workflows. - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp (preferred). - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
