Responsibilities β Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. β Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. β Communicate with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. β Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. β Make sure that clientsβ needs are met as projects evolve. β Analyze risks and opportunities. β Oversee project procurement management. β Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. β Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants β Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers β Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. β Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests. Requirements and skills β Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role. β Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. β An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. β Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. β Strong client-facing and teamwork skills. β Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. β Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello).
