1. Brief about the position:-
o We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate and oversee our organization’s Mobilization, Training and Placement operations. In addition, the person will also need to work on facilitating entrepreneurship for the youth. The role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization pertaining to mobilization, effective counselling & quality Training. The specific duty is to Implement quality placement & facilitate entrepreneurship for the deserving candidates.

o Coordination (MTPE – Mobilization, Training, Placement & Entrepreneurship)
§ Tie Up with it is & Other Training Centers
§ Mobilization & Counselling of Candidates
§ Preparation of Batch and Execution
§ Ensure all materials including consumables are available for training sessions
§ Maintain training records/placement record
§ Correct Data Entry in Zoho ERP
§ Placement & Post Placement Tracking of Candidates
§ Facilitation and Handholding for Entrepreneurs
3. Qualification
o Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-3 Years Experiences in Skill Development (Mobilization/Training/Placement) activities.
4. Grade
o Sr. Executive/Asst Manager (Salary 2.5 L to 3.5Lacs)
5. Reporting and Team
o Reporting to Regional Placement Manager
6. Work Location
Guwahati, Bangalore, Shillong, Mumbai, Jammu and Ahmedabad/SuratSkills
7. Skills
o Strong coordination and organizational skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
o Proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools (especially Zoho ERP)
o Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
o Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
o Experience in community outreach and youth mobilization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
