Our expert range covers the entire spectrum of CCTV, Access Control, Fire System, PABX, IBMS. Job Role & Responsibilities Min 2 - 3 Year Project Coordination Experience Required. Plan and schedule daily tasks for engineers, ensuring site-specific activities are arranged in advance. Monitor and record the daily attendance of engineers to ensure timely presence at work sites. Compile and submit daily reports detailing the engineers' activities, progress, and any issues encountered. Provide regular updates on the progress of ongoing projects, highlighting milestones achieved and any potential delays. Coordinate with vendors to secure resources and materials for new projects, ensuring timely delivery. Maintain and update data related to ongoing projects, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for project stakeholders. Develop and implement annual maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of project installations. Prepare and deliver reports to vendors regarding the status and requirements of current projects. Address and allocation customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
