You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of an English language training project within your assigned division at Words Worth, India's largest English digital content development and training company. This involves coordinating with ITIs and trainers to ensure the smooth execution of training sessions. - Manage day-to-day project activities within your division. - Coordinate with ITIs and trainers to facilitate training sessions effectively. - Organize schedules, logistics, and allocate necessary resources. - Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and escalate issues when needed. - Ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards. - Coordinate and report to the client as required. - Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Education, or a related field. - Demonstrate proven experience in project coordination/management, with additional experience in educational/training settings being advantageous. - Possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. - Display a willingness to travel within the designated division.
